Not just for Google.
Creating content is the lifeline of your business. How else can potential clients and customers get to know you if you are not regularly sharing content?
And, yet, creating content and putting ourselves out there can be downright scary for some of us, me included. Our content, no matter the format, is an extension of ourselves and therefore can make us rather vulnerable.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- I don’t know what to write about.
- Nobody will read it.
- It takes too long.
- I’m not important.
- I have nothing to say.

Some would say yes but a better and more sustainable approach is to find ways to resolve those fears and insecurities.
And that’s where EFT, also known as tapping, comes into play.
Tapping is a self-care tool that uses the body’s meridian system to bring our energy system back into balance. It’s used in a wide variety of settings and has had clinically proven results with respect to changing our brain chemistry, reducing physical issues, and helping people resolve deep-seated and long-standing emotional issues.
